Thomasville Landmarks’ Annual Community Preservation Program, renamed Operation C.A.R.E. for Community Assisting Restoration Efforts, is dedicated to assisting economically and physically disadvantaged homeowners with restoration of their homes. The goal is eliminate unsafe conditions while preserving homes that contribute to the historic legacy of our community.

For our 14th year, we are completing work on 1004 Lester Street, Thomasville. The before and in-progress pictures are shown below. The homeowner, Ms. Angela Seabrooks, and two of her sons are on the porch.
