On January 20, 2011, over 140 Members and guests attended Landmarks Annual Meeting and Preservation Honor Awards. The awards are presented yearly to honor the best in community preservation over the past year. The Preservation Honor Awards recognize members in the community who further the preservation of historical and cultural sites, buildings, structures and objects in the Thomasville and Thomas County area. Awards recipients, through hard work and dedication, are encouraging the perpetuation of the cultural, historical and picturesque charm of our community. Here are the winners…
