Join Landmarks and the Metcalfe Community as we complete the rehabilitation of an historic house by giving it a coat of fresh paint.
Volunteers of all skills levels, from ages 12 to 112, are welcome. All materials and lunch will be provided each day. Youth under age 17 must have adult supervision.
Volunteers are needed to help with check-in, painting, ladder set up and moving, photography, lunch and cleaning up.
If you can help with any of these activities, contact Brent Runyon in our office. Details: 1014 South John Street, Metcalfe March 22 & 23, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day
Operation C.A.R.E. is in its 17th year. This house will be the 43rd project. Our major sponsor is The Lewis Hall and Mildred Sasser Singletary Foundation. There is more information here and past projects here.
